Sports massage in Leeds - Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger point therapy is a focused technique designed to alleviate pain and tension by targeting specific points within muscles, known as trigger points. These are hyperirritable spots that can cause referred pain, meaning discomfort may be felt in areas other than where the trigger point is located. This technique is especially effective for addressing chronic pain conditions and muscle tightness.
