Myofascial release is a hands-on technique that focuses on releasing tension and restrictions in the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles. During a sports massage session, I use myofascial release to gently stretch and manipulate the fascia, encouraging it to return to its natural, flexible state. It’s a slow, deliberate process that requires patience and precision to achieve the best results.
