Core Fitness group personal training in Leeds offers you the chance to train in a fun, results focused small group personal training environment.
You’ll be completing the same type of training Patrick delivers with his one-on-one clients. This includes using a variety of protocols, equipment, and strategies to enable you to become fitter, stronger, more athletic, and look great. All abilities can work together in the same group Patrick prides himself on creating on-going challenging workouts that fit all fitness levels.
At Core Fitness we work individually with every client on their nutrition and how to get the most out the food they eat to ensure excellent results are achieved. We do not believe in simply giving out the same plan for everyone as this does not work, everyone is different and everyone reacts differently to different types of foods and food groups.
We currently offer small group personal training classes on a 2 x per week basis, these classes are currently delivered in 3 separate groups. The lunchtime class runs on Mondays & Wednesdays at 12PM. The early riser class runs Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6AM. The morning class runs Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7AM. Choose which group suits your schedule best, lunchtime, early riser, or morning. Committing to 2 sessions per week ensures you can achieve the best results possible in the shortest time frame.
Each class lasts for 1 hour to ensure you can conveniently take a break from work at lunchtime to workout and reinvigorate yourself ready for the afternoon, or choose the early morning classes to wake you up ready for the day ahead.
