What is this class about?

Hybrid Personal training is a 'Hybrid' of one-on-one personal training and online coaching. It brings the best of both worlds into one package. You train in the studio with me for 2 sessions per month and I'll design your other sessions for you to complete on your own away from the studio. The sessions you complete by yourself can either be performed in a public gym or at the convenience of your own home.
