About me

Hi I'm Patrick, personal fitness coach and owner of Core Fitness Personal Training Studio Leeds.

After graduating from Leeds Beckett University with a degree in Leisure & Sport Management, I pursued my passion for fitness and nutrition and became a personal trainer.

After several years developing my skills, in 2008 I finally fulfilled my dream of opening my very own private personal training studio, Core Fitness.

My Philosophy

I like to approach personal training differently. I look at all aspects of your lifestyle and use these to formulate a plan to get you the results you want.

Everyone is different so with my expert knowledge you'll be provided with your own bespoke training and nutrition plan, with me coaching you every step of the way.
